Mefjordbotn - a tiny place at the bottom of the fjord of Mefjorden

At the bottom of the fjord of Mefjorden is a tiny place called Mefjordbotn. The place consists of only a few houses, and when you see the location you have to wonder what drove people to settle down in such a remote and surrounded area. The place is a beauty spot, and it is really recommended to stop and catch the view from the isthmus Mefjordbotneidet.

Some fishing boats use the local pier during summer

In order to get to Mefjorbotn you just take right at the bottom of the fjord of Mefjorden, on the way out to Senjahopen and Mefjordvaer. Drive through the houses on the left and take in the breathtaking view from the little pier at the end of the road! We guarantee you have never seen anything like this before!
