The fastest way to reach Northern Norway is of course by plane.

From Tromsø you take the fast boat to Lysnes and continue by bus or car to Botnhamn.

The Norwegian Coastal Voyage is a beautiful cruise up the Norwegian coast. From Finnsnes you may take the bus to Botnhamn. From Tromsø you can take the fast boat to Lysnes, and from there take the bus or drive to Botnhamn.

Some prefer to drive and and then you just follow the signs to Tromsø or Finnsnes and from there to Botnhamn. The normal road goes through Finnsnes, but during summer you can go via Tromsø by using the Malangsforbindelsen ferry link from Brensholmen to Botnhamn.

The three Senjaferries connect the islands of Vesterålen, Senja and the regions of Harstad. The ferries are an entrance to extraordinary island-adventures. The Malangsforbindelsen ferry service makes the trip from Tromsø to Botnhamn a short and scenic trip of only 1 1/2 hours.
